I don’t always eat breakfast, sometimes I’m just not hungry and I know I’m going to get an early lunch so it’s just not a big deal. But I try to eat something in the morning if possible, and to have things at the house that are easy to eat if I am in a hurry. Scrambled eggs only take a minute, and if that’s going to take too long sometimes there is crustless pumpkin pie, or perhaps something like ham and cheese rolls.
But some days I just don’t have anything prepared in advance and there is absolutely no time to put something together before I have to go.
Of course I would always rather eat something I have made it home, and I like to avoid fast food whenever possible. But I’d be nuts for not having contingency plans for when the need arises.
I am most likely to go to McDonald’s on days that I’m really in a hurry. I can swing through the drive-thru and have something hot in a matter of minutes.
McDonald’s has some decent keto friendly foods on the menu.

If you are in a different part of the country than I am you may have other options available at your location that we don’t have here. For example we have green chili available. (I haven’t been able to find that nutritional information yet.) Pretty much anything you can order on the regular breakfast menu you can ordered al la carte, in any combination. Or you can order some keto friendly versions of regular menu sandwiches such as:
